W3C guidance for inaccessible websites

The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) recently launched a draft initiative about web site accessible web sites and the right of persons with disability.  The initiative includes sample emails, enabling users to notify webmasters and the W3C about inaccessible web sites.  User feedback may also be included within the final version of the initiative.
